Photography Services Agreement

Thank you for choosing Absolute Photos LLC. It is our privilege to capture and preserve your most meaningful moments with artistry, care, and attention to every detail. We are dedicated to providing a seamless and personalized photography experience, from your initial booking through the delivery of your carefully curated gallery, creating timeless images and memories you will cherish for years to come.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Booking & Payment: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date and time. Your booking is confirmed once the retainer has been received. The remaining 50% balance is due on or before the scheduled session date.

• Session Timing: Please arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience. Late arrivals may reduce the available session time and the number of final images delivered.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations: Sessions may be rescheduled due to illness, emergencies, or unsafe weather conditions, subject to availability. The retainer is non-refundable.

• Weather: For outdoor sessions, weather conditions will be monitored closely. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for photography, the session may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.

• Location Access: Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, permits, or entry fees for private locations selected for the session.

• Editing & Delivery: Your images will be carefully hand-edited with attention to color, lighting, and detail to create a beautiful final gallery. Professionally edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery within 7 business days after your session. The gallery will remain available for 30 days, allowing you ample time to download and save your memories. Raw (unedited) images are not included.

• Gallery Access: Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing their images before the gallery expiration date. Additional gallery access may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

• Image Rights: Absolute Photos LLC retains the copyright to all photographs. Clients are welcome to download, print, and share their images for personal use. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

• Artistic Style: Clients acknowledge that they have reviewed Absolute Photos LLC’s portfolio and understand that final images will reflect Absolute Photos LLC’s unique artistic style, editing approach, and creative vision.

• Portfolio Use: The Client grants Absolute Photos LLC permission to use selected images for portfolio display, website, social media, and promotional purposes. Clients who prefer privacy may request in writing that their images not be used for promotional purposes.

• Liability: Absolute Photos LLC will make every reasonable effort to provide a professional and high-quality photography experience. In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond Absolute Photos LLC’s reasonable control, including equipment failure, illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen events, Absolute Photos LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

• Respectful Conduct: Absolute Photos LLC is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for everyone. The Photographer reserves the right to immediately end the session, without refund, if any client or participant engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate behavior that creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment. Clients are responsible for the conduct of all individuals attending the session.
